Munising Township is  located in Alger County which is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  We are a general law township with a land area of approximately 200 square miles and a population of 2983 as of the 2010 census.  Miners Castle and Pictured Rocks National LakeShore are among our most beautiful attractions. Please explore our website and let us know what you think.
